WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Sewing Machine - any kind will do, except a straight stitch machine that has no zig zag option or other stitch types
Stretch Needles (Ballpoint needles work ok for many stretchy fabrics as well - but stretch is a better choice for any fabric with spandex in it)
Fabric Scraps - cut up an old t-shirt if you don't have any stretchy fabric scraps!
OPTIONAL: Walking foot or knit foot (strongly recommended if your machine does not have an option to adjust your presser foot pressure, OR a built in even-feed feature
OPTIONAL: Serger - you definitely DON'T need one, but they do make sewing knit seams easier and faster
