Hi, I'm Beth!

I started sewing with my mother-in-law's old machine on a TV tray while I was on maternity leave with my oldest, hoping to save money on Christmas gifts. The saving money part certainly did not happen, but my love for sewing has continued and years later, I have my own machines and a dedicated space! I am an elementary school teacher and a mom of 3, so things are pretty busy in my house. My favourite fibre blend is bamboo/lycra. Jersey, French terry, it doesn't matter; I loooove bamboo. ???? My kids love cotton/lycra jersey and anything soft, and like to steal my scraps to make doll blankets and "clothes" with, hehe!
